Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once processed, your items begin their journey from our overseas fulfillment center.
Delivery Times
United States
Estimated Delivery: 12–15 days
Your order will arrive within 12–15 days.
Australia
Estimated Delivery: 5–9 days
Your order will arrive within 5–9 days using DHL or FedEx, depending on availability.
Please note: Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.
Address Changes
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes after this period.
Shapixa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Shapixa shapewear — not just how it looks, but how it feels. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility Requirements
For hygiene and safety, all returned items must:
- Be tried only over underwear
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have no stains, scents, or deodorant marks
- Have hygiene liners and seals fully intact
- Include original packaging and tags
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Returns showing signs of wear may incur a 20–50% restocking fee or be rejected entirely.
Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per order to help you find your perfect fit.
- Exchange requests must be made within 45 days of delivery
- Additional exchanges may require a small shipping fee
- Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect your original item
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- Show signs of wear or washing
- Are missing liners, seals, tags, or packaging
- Have any stains, scents, or marks

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made or reserved specifically for you.
- Non-cancellable once placed
- Cannot be modified or refunded before shipping
- Once shipped, they follow our standard Return Policy
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing typically takes up to 14 business days after inspection
- Your bank may require additional time for the refund to appear
You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund the item promptly.
